Team Conditioning & Strength Training

Monday & Friday: 4:15 to 5:15 
Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00 to 4:00

 * You owe it not only to yourself, but to your team members to have a conditioned body that will help you become a successful athlete.
                  * In addition to conditioning and strength training, eating healthy is a must. 
 **Cut out the fats and focus on veggies, fruits, and healthy carbs.
